Questions worth asking
What counts as a process?
Each description that is turned into steps and saved. Analysing it, correcting its figures by hand, analysing again or asking for the proposal does not count: it counts once.
What if I delete a process?
The free plan's cap counts the 3 processes described in total, deleted ones included: deleting does not give the slot back. The ones you keep work in full.
How do I subscribe?
You write to us, we send the terms in writing and, once the transfer is in, we activate the plan on your organisation the same day. There is no card payment or automatic renewal today: when the period ends we let you know and you decide. Card payment is on its way.
What about my data?
The same on both plans: what you describe is stored encrypted, processed only to provide the service, and you delete it whenever you want from your area.
