You subscribe by card from your area: Paddle, our merchant of record, charges you, applies your country's VAT and issues the invoice. The subscription renews monthly or yearly on its own and you cancel whenever you like under “My plan”; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Questions worth asking
What counts as a process?
Each description that is turned into steps and saved. Calculating it, completing or correcting its data, recalculating it or asking for the proposal does not count: it counts once.
What if I delete a process?
The free plan's cap counts the 3 processes described in total, deleted ones included: deleting does not give the slot back. The ones you keep work in full.
How do I subscribe?
You go to your area, choose Pro or Advisory and monthly or yearly, and pay by card in Paddle. The plan is active within seconds. It renews on its own and you cancel whenever you like from your area: the plan runs until the end of the paid period and nothing more is charged. If you prefer a bank transfer, write to us.
What if I cancel?
You cancel from “My plan” and nothing more is charged. The plan runs to the end of the paid period and then you go back to the free plan without losing what is stored. If you ask within 14 days of the first charge, we refund that amount in full.
Do you use AI?
For two things: turning your description into steps, and classifying each one, and, if you ask for it, drafting the automation proposal. The AI does not do the sums: the figures come from fixed rules applied to those steps and data. The model provider does not use your text to train anything. In Privacy
What about my data?
The same on every plan: what you describe is stored encrypted, processed only to provide the service, and you delete it whenever you want from your area.
